Cobalt Housing has launched Cobalt Solutions, a new customer service centre that offers ‘one number one solution’, making it easier for tenants to get in contact.

The launch event held last Wednesday opened its doors to tenants so that they could learn more about the ‘one number one solution’ service as well as other facilities available, such as private meeting rooms and access to Property Pool, a server to browse accommodation.
Chair of Cobalt Housing, Julie Roberts said: “The new facilities are excellent and allows tenants to access a wide range of services. The new Cobalt Solutions service will save time for tenants and ensure that they are provided with excellent customer service.”

By offering an expert contact centre operation, Cobalt Solutions creates the opportunity to better connect with tenants and ensure that they are getting the best possible service from Cobalt Housing.
