From 3 March 2014, our main contact number changed to 0330 303 2222.

Why are we using a 0300 number?

There are a number of reasons why we have used an 0300 number:
• It will be cheaper for our customers in some cases, as they will not be charged if free inclusive calls are part of their landline or mobile phone tariffs.
• 0300 numbers are specifically linked to charitable organisations, so it’s easier for people to recognise who and what we are
• The new number offers greater resilience into our telephone services. This means that in the unlikely event of a technical issue with the phone lines, we can now easily re-point the number to any location

What will our tenants be charged when calling the new number?

Calls to 0300 are charged at the standard rate, however our tenants will not be charged if you get free inclusive calls on your landline or mobile phone tariff

Does this mean the service has changed?

No – when contacting Cobalt Solutions our tenants can expect the same high quality of service.
