As a social landlord, Cobalt Housing provide affordable housing for people that need it the most.

As part of the tenancy agreement, tenants are not permitted to sublet their home. If you have a spare room and would like to take in a lodger, you must ask permission to do so before you agree to allow the lodger to move in.

If a tenant is found to be subletting their home, this is a breach of the tenancy agreement so we will do all it takes to ensure the home is taken back and given to someone who deserves the it.
