We joined the residents of our Stonedale community this week, for a caged multisports event alongside MHA Academy Limited.

Come rain or shine we were delighted that our residents came out to join us this week in our Stonedale Estate. We would like to highlight the fantastic community spirit across our estate as each day we had over 20 children across different age ranges joining in with some football, dodgeball and even yoga. The children in our community came out each day to support our event and take part in the activities and we’d like to say a special thank you them for their commitment and kindness.

While we were there, we organised a fruit van to come along to the estate and we handed out £5 fruit and vegetable vouchers to the local community. We had some really positive responses from residents and we’re pleased to announce that our neighbourhood team have organised a local slot for the van to come to the estate every Thursday 1.45pm. Stonedale residents will be able to purchase fresh fruit and vegetables right from their doorstep.

On behalf of the entire Cobalt Housing team we would like to say a big thank you to all our tenants, families and the members of our local communities who came along to our event. The caged sporting event will be coming back to our Stonedale Estate at the end of August so make sure you’re following us on social media for more updates.
