You may be aware that we recently had a flooding incident at our Lower House Lane offices which caused significant damage to a number of spaces used by staff and visiting tenants. Your safety is our priority, and we have been advised that building works need to start as quickly as possible to get the building back to normal.
This will impact our walk-in reception area, and we will need to close the Lower House Lane reception area at 5pm on 19th December. The reception area will remain closed from 19th December throughout the Christmas period, and will reopen at 9am on Monday 6th January, in order for us to carry out the work required.
All tenants will receive a letter next week with the full details of the closures. In the meantime, please check the table below to find out how you can get in touch with us over the closure period.
