Our Tenant Satisfaction Survey will be sent out to Cobalt residents via email and text on Monday 19th April 2021.
You may remember completing our STAR Survey over the past couple of years. Although we now refer to this as our Tenant Satisfaction Survey, this will give you the same opportunity to share your thoughts so we can continue to develop our services.
Our Tenant Satisfaction Survey is made up of six short questions where you can express how satisfied or dissatisfied you are with the services we provide. Depending on how you answer, a free text box will appear if you would like to add any further comments.
We value tenant feedback and use this to identify where we are preforming well and areas that may be in need of improvement. This is your chance to share your thoughts and be part of the decision making process at Cobalt.
