Cobalt recognises the impact three national lockdowns can have on our staff and tenants’ mental health. Over the last few months, our Community Regeneration team have committed to funding local community groups and organisations to participate in Mental Health First Aid training.

Holly Clark, Director at Be Well, said:

“We are thrilled to be supporting Cobalt Housing in their mission to create mentally healthy, resilient communities, supporting their pandemic recovery plans. Cobalt truly are leaders in the support they provide for their tenants and the wider community, and we couldn’t be prouder to be their chosen delivery partner.”

Alan, a Norris Green tenant who recently received funding for his Mental Health First Aid course with Be Well, said:

“I recently completed the Mental Health First Aid course funded by Cobalt Housing. The course was amazing, informative and has enabled me to progress further with my employment goals and help people in my community. Without Cobalt’s training fund, this would never have been possible. Thank you.”
