If you are successful in your bid on the property, you will be contacted for a pre-tenancy interview. If you have a successful interview and can produce all documentation required, we can then officially offer you the property. Once you are matched to this property, you will not be able to bid on other properties.

At your pre-tenancy interview, you will be required to provide the following:
- Landlord reference(s) for all tenancies held within the last 5 years
- Employment/character reference if you have not held a tenancy in the last 5 years
- 1 x proof of ID for all persons aged 18+
- 1 x proof of address for all persons aged 18+ dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement or benefit letter)
- 1 x proof of National Insurance (NI) number
- Birth certificates or passports for all children aged 16 and under
- Tax Credit letter or Child Benefit letter for all children aged 16 and under
- Proof of all income (wage slips, benefit letters or bank statement)
