We will be continuing to carry out repairs and visits safely in your home, so please do continue to raise repairs with us via your MyCobalt account, emailing [email protected], messaging our Facebook inbox or calling 0330 303 2222.
If you are isolating and have an appointment booked with us, please do let us know by reporting if you or anyone in your household has coronavirus symptoms ideally before we arrive, but certainly before we enter.
