It’s Volunteers’ Week!

From the 1st-7th of June, we will be celebrating the contribution people make through volunteering in our Cobalt community! After an exceptionally difficult couple of years, there is no better time to say thank you to those who have taken the time to volunteer.

At Cobalt, we have recently introduced a formal volunteering policy which is designed to support members of staff who want to volunteer within the community or for a local charity. This week, we will be showcasing the fantastic work Team Cobalt have helped carry out in the local community while on their Cobalt Voliday!

People choose to volunteer for a variety of reasons. For some, it offers the chance to give something back to the community. For others, it provides an opportunity to develop valuable skills which may lead to a new job or future career.

If you would like to gain some volunteering experience at a local group in Croxteth, Fazakerley or Norris Green, click here to fill in our referral form.
