My Voice Matters has had a makeover, and we’ve been working with customers and colleagues to make sure that our engagement portal is doing what you want it to.
The customer forum consists of four ‘hubs’ that make it easy to stay updated with everything going on at Cobalt and in our communities:
The Community News Hub
This is your space to stay updated with the latest news and chat about community events. Here is the place to share ideas and connect with us. It’s also a chance to let us know what we can do to improve and shape the future of our communities.
Customer Forum Hub
This is split into five different forums on specific issues such as:
Repairs – To ensure that the views and needs of customers are integral to the decision-making process when it comes to repairs
Complaints – To ensure that residents’ voices are heard concerning complaints, and these are used to shape our services
Communal Living – To improve shared spaces and foster a sense of community
Anti-social Behaviour – To address anti-social behaviour issues within our community and how they are dealt with
Youth – A place where young people can express their views and concerns
The Review Hub
This is where you can review our policies, letters, leaflets and updates to make sure that the information we provide is clear and easy to understand.
The Involvement Hub
Discover how you can get involved in improving our services. Your voice is integral to everything we do and helps us to change and improve our services. From sitting on committees to popping into the office for a brew, your feedback will be heard and will help to shape the future of our services.
