Join our Customer Network
The Customer Network is a place for you to get involved in the things that matter to you.
You’ll:
- Share your views on our policies, procedures and services
- Take part in surveys and polls
- Influence decisions that impact you and your community
How you get involved is up to you, and you’ll be able to have your say online, in person, or a mix of both. What matters is that your voice is heard on the things that matter to you.
Ways to get
involved
There are lots of ways to get involved, so you can choose the option that suits you best. Please email us to find out more.
Homes and Neighbourhoods Committee (HNC)
The Homes and Neighbourhoods Committee (HNC) reports directly into the Cobalt Board. It is made up of customers, staff and Board members and commissions service reviews and makes recommendations for improvements.
Surveys
From time to time, we may text or email you to ask you to complete a satisfaction survey. This could be after a repair. We also contact our customers every year to carry out a Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey. The results of this are published on our website.
Community engagement events
Throughout the year, we will hold community engagement events across our neighbourhoods. These are your opportunity to have a say on the services we provide and our plans for the future.
Make sure you secure your place through our Customer Network.
Cobalt Community Hub
Our community hub is based at our office at 199 Lower House Lane, Liverpool, L11 2SF. There’s always lots going on, from Property Pool Plus drop-in sessions to our community choir, advice on Credit Unions to our brilliant drama group. Find out more here.
