Aggressive behaviour
Aggressive behaviour is anything that makes staff feel threatened, afraid or abused.
Examples of aggressive behaviour include:
- Threats or physical violence
- Derogatory or discriminatory remarks
- Inflammatory statements
- Unsubstantiated allegations
- Raised voices or shouting
- Unreasonably restricting access to allow Cobalt Housing to carry out housing management or repair duties.

Unacceptable behaviour
Unacceptable behaviour involves any actions that are unreasonable or disruptive towards our staff.
Examples of unacceptable behaviour include:
- Making unsubstantiated allegations
- Sharing inflammatory statements on social media
- Recording photos, audio, or video of our staff without their consent

Unreasonable demands
Unreasonable demands are anything that has a significant impact on our ability to deliver services.
Examples of this behaviour include:
- Asking for responses within an unreasonable timescale
- Insisting on communicating with a particular member of staff
- Excessive phone calls, emails or letters
- Repeatedly changing a complaint or raising unrelated concerns
- Stopping or delaying us from investigating or resolving an issue
