As part of our commitment to ‘invest in quality homes’, we’ll spend £110million upgrading our existing properties by 2033.
This investment will ensure that all of Cobalt’s properties continue to meet the government’s Decent Homes Standard. If we plan to carry out improvement works to your home, we will write to you to let you know. We will give you a booklet that explains who will carry the improvement works out, what to expect, how long the work will take and who you can speak to if you have any questions.

What our Customers say
“The team that did the work were just outstanding. The kitchen looks great, a lot fresher, a lot brighter, and I’m getting compliments from neighbours. Everyone was respectful and kind, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the work.”
