Our innovative HomeLINK smart home trial is now underway!
A big thank you to our tenants already taking part in this exciting project.
We have installed a variety of HomeLINK internet connected devices such as environmental sensors, smart smoke alarms and electricity monitors in participating tenants homes. The data collected by these devices will trigger alerts via the HomeLINK smartphone app, which those involved in the pilot have been invited to install this week.
These alerts will help our tenants to understand how they can make behavioural changes to help to maximise the efficiency of their home, improve the air quality and lets Cobalt know about any changes before they could become a problem.
