From Monday 4th April, we are reopening the customer reception at our office on Lower House Lane.

Please note, opening times will be:

  • Monday 10am – 1pm
  • Wednesday 1pm – 4pm
  • Friday 10am – 1pm

We want your service experience to be the very best it can, and we understand that each of our tenants have a different preferred way of getting in touch with us.

Over the past two years while our customer reception was closed, we have seen a big increase in the number of tenants choosing to use MyCobalt as a convenient and reliable way to book a repair, make a rent payment and get in touch with us, and our[email protected]email and phonelines have continued to be a popular way to speak with our team.

We do however understand that sometimes our tenants would like to be able to talk to us face to face. Our staff continue to work both from home and from the office, so where possible, we may need to connect you to an officer via a screen in a meeting room for your appointment. This pilot scheme will enable us to monitor the number of tenants coming in to reception, and adapt our face to face services based on tenant feedback.

If you choose to visit our reception, although not now enforceable, we would urge you to consider wearing a face covering and maintaining safe distances from others to help to keep everyone safe. You will also notice that we now have Perspex screens in place.

If you are coming in for a face to face appointment, we also ask that you take a lateral flow test beforehand and do not attend if you test positive or have any symptoms of COVID-19.
