As the festive season approaches, we want to let you know about our Christmas closure dates and the services available during this time.
Christmas closure dates
- Monday 23rd December 2024: Open as usual, 9am – 5pm
- Tuesday 24th December 2024: Reception and phone lines open, 9am – 1pm
- Wednesday 25th December 2024 until Thursday 2nd January 2025: Closed for all non-emergency services
- Thursday 2nd January 2025: Open as usual, 9am – 5pm.
Emergency repairs
Our emergency repair service will remain available throughout the closure. If you need to report an emergency repair, please call us on 0330 303 2222. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Non-urgent enquiries
All non-urgent enquiries received during the closure will be responded to when we reopen on Thursday 2nd January 2025.
Ways to stay connected
You can still manage your tenancy and access services using MyCobalt, where you can pay your rent or check your account anytime.
