We are really excited to be opening our customer reception on Lower House Lane today!

We have worked with our involved tenants to understand what the needs of our residents are. We want your service experience to be the very best it can, and we understand that each of our tenants have a different preferred way of getting in touch with us. Although we’ve seen a positive shift to digital services over the past few years, we understand that it is important to a number of our tenants to have a face to face facility.

Therefore, we will be opening our customer reception for walk-in appointments on:

  • Monday 10am – 1pm
  • Wednesday 1pm – 4pm
  • Friday 10am – 1pm

We understand that not all housing associations are at this stage yet, so we are really excited to be welcoming tenants back to reception!

If you choose to visit our reception, although not now enforceable, we would urge you to consider wearing a face covering and maintaining safe distances from others to help to keep everyone safe. You will also notice that we now have Perspex screens in place. If you are coming in for a face to face appointment, we also ask that you take a lateral flow test beforehand and do not attend if you test positive or have any symptoms of COVID-19.
