As part of our governance arrangements, Cobalt Housing has a Homes and Neighbourhoods Committee which was established to ensure that we are providing high standards of quality in our homes, and to oversee the work we are doing in our neighbourhoods to create thriving and sustainable communities.
The committee is looking to appoint several tenants to join the existing tenant members on the committee. We are looking for tenants who have a wealth of local knowledge and experience and who share our values and passion for making a difference locally and working as part of a team. This is an exciting time to join Cobalt, and a great opportunity to make a positive impact on our communities.
The role is remunerated at £2,495 per annum and the time commitment for this position is approximately one day per month. Meetings are held every other month and usually take place on Wednesdays from 5.30pm at Cobalt’s office on Lower House Lane. Successful applicants will receive training and a full induction (Cobalt will also provide IT equipment if required).
