The new Property Pool Plus (PPP) system goes live with new properties on 9th January 2024.
There are now four new bands compared to the previous six. Sub bands have been removed and priority is awarded based on housing need, into one of the four bands. Date of registration will dictate where applicants will be placed in shortlists.

The deadline for existing applications to the Property Pool Plus system is December 15th, 2023.
Applications already added can be amended by landlords. The last property advert will close on Sunday December 17th December, 2023. Then there will be a period in-between when no properties are advertised on the scheme.
On Monday 8th January, the new scheme will launch and properties will start to be advertised again from Tuesday 9th January 2024.
If you wish to register with the scheme, please submit your application before Friday 15th December 2023, otherwise you will need to wait until the scheme reopens on Monday 8th January 2024.
There will be arrangements in place to assist people in emergency housing situations during the closure period; further information about this will be available on the PPP website during the closure period.
