After you have contacted our solutions team to report a repair, you will receive a text message from us inviting you to a remote guidance call. To start the call:
- Click the link in the text message
- Allow access to your camera and microphone by tapping ‘accept and start call’
- The call will start and you can show our team the issue through your smartphone camera
