We’re delighted to share our new Corporate Plan, which we have developed together with customers, colleagues and partners.
The plan sets out what we want to achieve over the next five years, and how we will deliver on our promises, focusing on four priorities which are:
- providing excellent customer services
- investing in quality homes
- supporting communities to thrive
- developing positive people
We are ambitious and are embracing change so we can deliver the best services possible and we plan to invest over £300 million into our homes and neighbourhoods over the next 10 years, to ensure positive outcomes for our communities.
