We welcomed customers from our Tenant Consultation Panel to our Lower House Lane office, to share feedback and have their say on our energy improvement works.
Customers looked at changes to kitchen and bathroom replacements and sample products and reviewed letters and leaflets.
Residents told us where they feel changes can be made and colleagues shared lessons we have learnt to continuously improve our services.
Mike Kelly, our Procurement and Delivery Assets Manager, said, “It was a great session and we’d like to say a big thank you to everyone for showing up and making it happen!”
Customer feedback from the session will be used to shape the future of our home energy improvements.
