Cobalt Board members headed out into our community to see some of the work we carry out in our homes.
They started by visiting a void property that had recently been vacated before moving onto a recently completed void, that is ready for new customers to move in.
We took Board members to the Stonedale estate, where we’re refurbishing homes as part of our multi-million pound refurbishment project, before visiting customers at both a refurbished property and a new-build home in Waterdale Gardens.
Zoe Carmichael, Cobalt Board member, said: “As a new Board member, the stock tour was invaluable to help bring to life some of the discussions we need to make about investing in existing and future homes. It was a really informative day and it was exciting to see land earmarked for future developments. Board could really see how the investment Cobalt is making is so vital in creating new affordable homes for our communities.”
