Your feedback is vital in helping us to deliver the services that our customers want to see.   

We are carrying out Tenant Satisfaction Measure surveys, and you will be contacted to take part. You’ll find lots of useful information below but if you have any questions, please call us on 0330 303 2222.  

Why are we carrying out these surveys? 

The Regulator of Social Housing assesses how social housing landlords in England are at providing good quality homes and services. They have introduced a series of tenant satisfaction measures (TSMs) that social housing landlords must report on. Who will be contacted to take part in the survey? 

Every Cobalt household will be invited to take part over the coming months. 

How will I be contacted? 

You may be contacted by text or by email from October 2024. 

  Who will contact me? 

The email or text message you receive will be from Cobalt Housing.   

What will you do with my feedback? 

We will use your feedback to improve our services and will share our performance against the Tenant Satisfaction Measures with the Regulator.
