As we head into the festive season, here are our Christmas closure dates and available services during this time.
Christmas closure dates
- Tuesday 23rd December 2025: Open as usual, 9am – 5pm
- Wednesday 24th December 2025: Cobalt Cabin and phone lines open, 9am – 1pm
- Thursday 25th December 2025 until Friday 2nd January 2026: Closed for all non-emergency services
- Friday 2nd January 2026: Open as usual, 9am – 5pm.
Emergency repairs
Our emergency repair service will remain available throughout the closure. If you need to report an emergency repair, please call us on 0330 303 2222. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Non-urgent enquiries
All non-urgent enquiries received during the closure will be responded to when we reopen on Friday, 2nd January 2026.
Ways to stay connected
You can still manage your tenancy and access services using MyCobalt, where you can pay your rent or check your account anytime.
