The Meadows
We have partnered with Vistry Group to provide 66 affordable homes at Halsnead Garden Village, Whiston.
Homes are a mixture of three and four bedroom homes and two bedroom apartments and will be available for Rent to Buy and affordable rent.
We expect homes to hand over in summer 2025.
Bluebrook House
Located at the junction of East Lancashire Road and Lower House Lane, Bluebrook House will provide 50 apartments for customers over the age of 55.
It will provide accommodation for residents with a care or support need, including a charging room for mobility scooters and communal gardens. Apartments will be designed to adapt to changing needs.
We expect Bluebook House to complete in summer 2026.
