Ways to pay your rent
There are lots of ways to pay your rent, so you can choose the way that suits you best:
My Cobalt: you can pay your rent 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through My Cobalt. Register with My Cobalt or login to make a payment.
Allpay: you can pay your rent online on the Allpay website
Direct Debit: setting up a Direct Debit is quick and easy. Payments will be taken from your bank automatically, so you don’t need to remember to pay your rent. Call us on 0330 303 2222 to set up your Direct Debit
By phone: You can make a payment through our automated payment line 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Call 0330 303 2222 and select option 3.
In person: visit your local Post Office or PayPoint to make a payment in person. Find your nearest Paypoint
Please make sure you have your rent payment card or tenancy reference number to hand when paying your rent.
How your rent is set
Housing associations review their rents each April in accordance with the provisions set out in the Rent Standard and tenancy agreements.

Rent arrears
It’s important that you keep your rent account up to date. You risk losing your home if your account falls into arrears.
If you ever find it difficult to pay your rent, please talk to us as soon as possible. The sooner you speak to us, the more we can do to help.
If your account falls into arrears, we will ask you to bring it up to date. If you do not bring your account up to date and do not contact us, we may apply to court to take possession of your home.
