Regardless of who is visiting your home, all of our colleagues and contractors carry ID. Always ask to see this. If they are a legitimate visitor, they will be happy to share this with you. If you have any concerns or would like to check, call us on 0330 303 2222 and we can confirm if the visitor to your home is acting on behalf of Cobalt.
