We are delighted to announce that our first families have now moved into their new homes at Altbridge Park!

Bringing 57 new homes to Croxteth, Altbridge Park is our first development designed and built by Cobalt since our demerger. The homes bring a much needed mix of 1 and 2-bed apartments, and 2, 3 and 4-bed houses, so we couldn’t be happier to start welcoming tenants to site.

Jay Siadankay, Head of Development and Regeneration at Cobalt, said:

“With everything that has been thrown at us over the past two years, it was with great pleasure that we were handed over our first batch of seven new homes yesterday at our Altbridge development site. Seven very happy tenants were signed up and ready to start making memories in their new home.

Cobalt has a very exciting pipeline of 600 new homes to be started over the next four years, and yesterday marked a significant step in this process.

Our contractor, Casey, has done an amazing job at keeping the construction of this development on track, but we have a busy three months ahead of completing and handing over the remaining 50 homes to our Altbridge tenants.

None of this could have been achieved without the support of Homes England to whom we are very grateful.”

We look forward to meeting our Altbridge tenants in the coming weeks once they have settled into their new homes, so keep an eye on our website and social media for further updates.

If you haven’t had a chance to see the progress on our Altbridge development site, our drone photographer takes 360° photos and uploads the imagery to Roundme. To view the latest 360° map, please click here.
