We have unfortunately been made aware that a rogue worker, posing as a Sure Maintenance operative, has been targeting residents in our neighbourhoods.
The caller claims to be carrying out a gas safety check on behalf of Cobalt Housing.
Please remember that a member of our team will always arrange an appointment with you prior to attending your home.
If you are ever worried or unsure, please call us on 0330 303 2222 and we can confirm whether they are a Cobalt, HMS or Sure Maintenance operative. Never be afraid to turn people away – you can always say no and shut the door on someone.
