We are delighted to announce that our contractor, Michael Dyson Associates, have now started on site and will be carrying out property surveys across 1100 of our homes from today!

These surveys are being completed so we can plan future works and make sure your home is maintained to the highest possible standard for you and your family.

The survey is essential for us to:

• Develop future planned maintenance programmes
• Identify priority works and areas for budget spend
• Ensure we continue to meet the Decent Homes Standard

If your home has been selected as part of this programme, you should have now received a letter from us and will shortly receive another letter from Michael Dyson Associates.

Please note Michael Dyson operatives will carry ID at all times. If you are ever unsure if someone is a Cobalt representative, please give us a call on 0330 303 2222 and a member of our team will be able to look into this for you.
