Remember that not everyone enjoys Halloween, so please be considerate of those who may not want to come to the door. If you’re out trick-or-treating, only approach houses that have Halloween decorations or a pumpkin on show.

We would like to remind all residents that there will be serious consequences for anyone who commits acts of anti-social behaviour. If you need to report an anti-social behaviour issue, we have listed some useful numbers below that you can call:
- Merseyside Police: 999 in an emergency or 101 for non-emergencies
- Cobalt Housing: 0330 303 2222 – if you call after 5pm you will be put through to our out of hours service which is in place to help you in the event of an emergency
- Crimestoppers: 0800 555 1111 – you can also report a crime anonymously via their online form
