During the COVID-19 lockdown period when our Lower House Lane reception was closed, our cash kiosk (for rent payments) was unavailable.
Since reopening our reception on Monday (10am-1pm), Wednesday (1pm-4pm) and Friday (10am-1pm), we’ve seen very low usage as tenants have chosen alternative ways to pay their rent.
Because of the low number of users, and the increased availability of PayPoint locations in our neighbourhoods, we are going to be removing the cash kiosk later this month.
If you prefer to make cash payments, there are 15 locations in our neighbourhoods where you can pay via PayPoint, including the Dog and Gun Post Office which is just next to Farmfoods and a few steps from our office – you can search for the closest one to your home by clicking here.
Remember, you can also pay your rent in other simple ways, including:

- Over the phone
- Online with Allpay
