Please note, Cobalt Housing will be closed over the festive period from 1pm on Friday 23rd December 2022 until 9am on Tuesday 3rd January 2023.

If you have an emergency (i.e. loss of power, major leak or break-in), you can call us on 0330 303 2222 and you will be put through to our out of hours contractor who will help to resolve your issue wherever possible.

If you send us a message via live chat, [email protected] or your MyCobalt account, this will be responded to upon our return on Tuesday 3rd January 2023.

We usually see an increase in calls and messages when we return from our Christmas closure, so we thank you for your patience in advance as we work through these enquiries.
