Starting this week, we are introducing a number of events to offer support and advice on a range of areas, to help you through the cost of living crisis and help you live well in your home.
Following tenant feedback, some of these events will be taking place outside our usual working hours, or out in neighbourhood locations, to be more accessible to tenants who may be working or can’t reach our office.
TALK TO US TUESDAY
Every Tuesday | 4-7pm | Lower House Lane office
Aimed at those who can’t access our services during normal opening hours, drop in to our reception area for a hot drink and speak to our team about your home, paying your rent, report any damp and mould concerns or log a repair. You can also speak with our welfare benefits team about maximising your income and any cost of living concerns, alongside learning more about ways to get involved in our tenant panels
WELLBEING WEDNESDAY
Every Wednesday | 1-3pm | Lower House Lane office
We’ll be joined by Everton in the Community to run ‘Health MOTs’ for all our tenants. Our welfare benefits team will also be on hand to talk about any money or benefits issues you may be struggling with. We’ll also be running a weekly prize raffle – all tenants attending the session will receive a raffle ticket entry.
‘SUPPORTING YOU’ on the road
Every Thursday | 2-4pm | neighbourhood locations
Each week we’ll be hitting locations in a different neighbourhood with our ‘supporting you’ van. With members from different teams, you’ll be able to speak to us about any issues you’re facing at the moment.
