Join Our Consultation Sessions on Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) and Sustainability Strategies
Your views are valuable to us! We’re currently undertaking a review of our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) and Sustainability Strategies to ensure that they’re meaningful for our customers, and that we can prioritise our work in these areas.
It’s important that we hear a range of different perspectives on equality, diversity and inclusion, so please come along to one of our consultations and have your say.
The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy Consultation will help us to:
- Understand what we need to include in our new strategy
- Discuss ideas so far
- Know what we should include and prioritise
- Listen to any other feedback you have
Our Sustainability Strategy Consultation will also be looking at what we need to include in our new strategy.
We want to make our whole business sustainable – from insulating our homes, to managing our waste to our work with partners – we’re making wider improvements that will directly benefit our customers.
We are running five Consultation sessions on Microsoft Teams and at our Cobalt office on Lower House Lane:
Thursday 14 December – 13:00-14:00 – on Microsoft Teams
Tuesday 19 December – 13:00-14:00 – on Microsoft Teams
Tuesday 19 December – 17:30-18:30 – on Microsoft Teams
Friday 12 January – 12:00-13:00 – In the Cobalt Office
Friday 12 January – 17:00-18:00 – In the Cobalt Office
Upon signing up for one of our consultation sessions in December, you will be sent a Microsoft Teams link that you will need to click to join at the designated time.
All attendees at each session will be entered into the free prize draw to win a £25 Home Bargains voucher. There will also be coffee and cake on offer.
