We are proud to support a new free four-week course designed to help parents better understand and support their teenage children in partnership with Dixons Croxteth Academy.

Developed by the Centre of Emotional Health in collaboration with Dr John Coleman, this free course focuses on relationships, communication, and teenage brain development. It’s based on the latest research into adolescence and aligns with the principles of the Nurturing Programme.

Each session lasts two hours and runs once a week over four weeks, offering a welcoming space for parents to connect, learn and share.

What you will explore
