Today is International Women’s Day!
International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender equality.
This year’s theme is #BreakTheBias. Whether deliberate or unconscious, bias makes it difficult for women to move ahead, which is why we have to work together to challenge and call out bias in our communities.
Did you know 96 of our 145 members of staff are female, 16 of which are in managerial or senior management positions?
