At Cobalt, we value your feedback so we can identify where we are performing well and areas that may need to improve.
Our tenant satisfaction surveys are now live, and take between 2-5 minutes to complete – please do complete yours when you get the link texted or emailed to you over the coming weeks.
This survey is your chance to share your thoughts and be part of the decision-making process at Cobalt. We will listen to your views and act upon them, as your feedback will help us to shape our decisions in the future.
The survey is made up of a series of short questions where you can express how satisfied or dissatisfied you are with the services we provide.
In previous years, we sent the survey out to all our households at the same time, but this is changing.
We will now be sending out the survey to groups of tenants in phases over the coming months, starting from tomorrow, which means we will seek feedback throughout the year, so don’t panic if you don’t get a survey through this week, you will definitely receive one over the next few months!
We will send the survey out by text and email, but we will in some circumstances use other methods i.e. phone calls or face to face to give all our tenants the opportunity to give us their views.
The survey is not mandatory, but we encourage all tenants to complete it so we can get a more accurate picture of your satisfaction and our performance, and give us a better understanding of issues that matter to you and areas we need to improve, so please do spare a few minutes to take part so your voice is heard.
