The Housing Ombudsman investigates complaints and resolves disputes between tenants and leaseholders of housing associations and local authorities. They make the final decision on any disputes between a tenant and their landlord in an independent, impartial and fair way.
We are hosting a ‘Meet the Housing Ombudsman’ event right here in our community. This is an amazing opportunity to talk to Richard Blakeway, CEO, and:
- Find out what the Ombudsman does and how they can support you
- Share your experiences and talk to other tenants
- Shape the services they offer
The Housing Ombudsman will not discuss individual cases but will answer your questions and will let you know how they can help.
The session will be held on:
Tuesday 20th February
At Alt Valley Communiversity, Altcross Road, Croxteth, Liverpool, L11 0BS
From 1pm – 2pm.
You can attend in person or online.
Spaces are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis, with priority given to Cobalt tenants.
From 2pm, staff from Cobalt Housing will be on hand to help with anything relating to your tenancy or community, so please stay to speak to the team if you need any advice or support.
