In June, we held a series of events for people in our communities to come along and meet our new repair contractors.
Residents from Fazakerley, Sparrowhall and Norris Green asked questions about our new repair service to Carrolls and Penny Lane Builders, while those in Croxteth got a chance to meet Cobalt Housing Property Services and Penny Lane Builders.
Our Neighbourhood Team also attended the events and provided support for any housing-related questions.
We have reviewed our Repair Standard in conjunction with customers to ensure all customers live in good quality homes. Your feedback is an essential part of this process.
