Regardless of who is visiting your home, all of our colleagues and contractors carry ID. Always ask to see this before letting anyone into your home. If they are a legitimate visitor, they will be happy to share this with you. If you have any concerns or would like to check that a caller is legitimate, call us on 0330 303 2222 and we can confirm if the visitor to your home is acting on behalf of Cobalt.
