Our Tenant Satisfaction Survey is designed to give you the opportunity to share your thoughts so we can continue to develop our services.
The survey is made up of a series of short questions where you can express how satisfied or dissatisfied you are with the services we provide.
This is your chance to share your thoughts and be part of the decision-making process at Cobalt.
Our Tenant Satisfaction Survey will be sent out to Cobalt tenants via text from Friday 19th August. You may also receive an invitation to complete the survey via email. Once we have collated the responses, we will publish the results in the performance section of our website.
