Keeping you informed…

Talk To Us Tuesdays launched back in October 2022, the aim being to offer a service to our tenants who may not be able to access our service during working hours. However, after reviewing the customer footfall data for these events, it is evident that engagement has been minimal.

Therefore, we are going to be moving to a monthly ‘Talk to Us Tuesdays’, which will be themed around those issues that our tenants are telling us matter to them.

Tonight’s Talk to Us Tuesday is cancelled as we plan and develop the timetable going forward, and we’ll be sharing details with you as soon as possible.

The Talk To Us Tuesday sessions that have previously taken place did highlight that if the sessions are targeted around key issues or areas, engagement is positive, so we will look to shape our event offer in the future.

Our Lower House Lane reception continues to remain open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, with the Good Help Hub’s team of partners are still offering services every day.
