Last week members of our development team, Chris McAllister and Kayleigh Clarke, visited St Philomena’s Primary School in Fazakerley to call on support from the pupils to help us name our newest development site, located at the rear of the Showcase Cinema on the East Lancashire Road.

Bringing 88 new homes to Croxteth, the development is part of the wider Stonedale Crescent regeneration scheme, and will also see us offer Shared Ownership and Rent to Buy options, supporting current and future customers into home ownership.

Putting the pupils’ creativity to the test, we tasked them with designing their ideal home, and their ideas were flowing, with football and basketball pitches, slides and swings instead of stairs, cinema rooms, fruit trees and much more!

Kayleigh Clarke, Development Officer said, “We’re committed to engaging with our communities throughout this project, and are really excited about the social value opportunities this scheme will bring. The children did a fantastic job of showcasing their talents, and selected the new name for the site which will now be taken forward in the scheme marketing over the next few months.”

We look forwards to announcing the name very soon, with some more exciting news updates coming up over the next few weeks…
