During our Big Listen survey, many of you told us that you’d like more opportunities to share your views and help shape our services.

That’s why we’re launching the Customer Network — a dedicated group of customers who want to have their say and make a difference. How it runs will be shaped by the people who join — whether you prefer online, in person, or a mix of both.

There’s no big time commitment — you can get involved as much or as little as you like. What matters is that your voice is heard on the things that matter to you.

As a network member, you’ll be able to:

  • Share your views on our policies, procedures and services
  • Influence decisions that impact you and your community
  • Choose what to take part in — we’ll share topics and let you decide what’s important to you
