This summer, we were proud to take part in two fantastic community events in Norris Green and Fazakerley, bringing families together to enjoy fun activities and create lasting memories.

The Fazakerley summer event drew in over 1,000 local residents, giving our Neighbourhood Team a fantastic opportunity to connect directly with the community. We spoke with attendees about a wide range of services, from finding a home and reporting repairs to tackling anti-social behaviour and ensuring home safety. It was a chance for us to listen and support our customers.

We were also joined by Merseyside Police, who shared valuable road safety tips and advice, helping to promote a safer environment for everyone.

Meanwhile, the Norris Green Community Carnival was packed with family-friendly fun, including dance performances, donkey rides, face painting, henna tattoos, children’s games, and a bouncy castle. Local residents also had the chance to enter a free raffle to win exciting prizes.

Our Norris Green Neighbourhood Team were on hand to answer questions and listen to feedback.

These events showcased the positive impact we have in our communities – by bringing people together, offering support, and making sure residents feel informed, heard and valued.
