From Monday 13th October, we’ll begin to send digital Tenant Satisfaction Measure (TSM) surveys to our customers.

These surveys help us understand what’s working, what needs improving, and how we can better support you.

How you’ll receive the survey

  • If we have your mobile number, you’ll receive a text message with a link to the survey. The text message will come from Cobalt.
  • If we don’t have your mobile number but do have your email address, you’ll receive the survey by email. The email will come from [email protected] – if you don’t receive it, please check your junk mail.
  • The link will take you to a short, secure survey. It’s legitimate and safe to complete.

Why your feedback matters

Your feedback helps us:

  • Improve our services
  • Identify areas where we need to do better
  • Make sure your voice is heard in shaping future decisions

Later in the year, we’ll also carry out some telephone surveys to reach even more customers.
