We’re delighted to share that Waterdale Gardens has been shortlisted for Residential Development of the Year at the Insider Liverpool City Region Property Awards 2025, which take place on Thursday 9th October.
Delivered in partnership with Lovell, Waterdale Gardens is a high-quality, energy-efficient development of 88 new homes that has transformed a brownfield site in Croxteth into a vibrant new community. The scheme provides much-needed affordable housing for local people and reflects our commitment to investing in sustainable neighbourhoods across north Liverpool.
The recognition in these awards is a testament to the collaborative effort of everyone involved, from our partners and contractors to the dedicated Cobalt Housing team who have worked hard to bring this project to life.
The Liverpool City Region Property Awards celebrate the most innovative and impactful developments across the region, shining a spotlight on projects that are shaping places and communities for the future.
